Our experience involving every person we encounter, is a reflection of the experience of our self-relationship. Selflove is the highest quality self-relationship. It is your self-relationship that is reflected in all other relationships. How you perceive another is a result of how you perceive yourself. This is the deeper meaning of the popular axiom, "To Love someone else, you must Love yourself first."

The LOVE THYSELF sculpture makes the deepest statement of Selflove. As she stands confidently in her self-relationship before a glassless mirror, she openly welcomes the image of anyone that appears in front of her. She knows what she experiences through the image of another, is the experience of the reflection of herself...her Selflove.

On a deeper level, to Love Thyself is more than having an experience of Love, acceptance, and compassion when the image of your body appears in front of you, it's also having the experience of Love, acceptance, and compassion when the image of ANYbody appears in front of you. From this perspective, she represents the greatest power and value in female form, that is the power and value found within.
